• Cartoon should be drawn in paper, canvas etc.
• Only one Cartoon can be sent by each participant.
• Contest is open only to individuals, not groups.
• The Cartoon should be the work of the participant and not copied.
• Along with the drawing, each participant should share their full
name, date of birth, address, email ID and mobile number.
• All entries should be submitted in JPEG, PNG or PDF formats only.
• It should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and dimensions of 600 pixels wide and 400 pixels high.
